The First Alert 2087F safe has the added U.L. Listed 1-hour Fire rating so that you can be assured that paper documents will be protected. The 2087F model uses a unique method of fire protection; instead of creating a "steam moisture cloud" inside of the safe to maintain a temperature below 300ºF, this safe slowly burns off the outside protective fire material. The 2087F safe will accommodate binders(including European A4) in an upright position. The 2087F also offers an additional shelf and hanging key/accessory rack makes storing keys easier and the storage pouch on the inside of the door offers additional convenience.
