Hardware Features
360º Fingerprint Sensor
The most important function of any biometric time clock is the quality of the fingerprint sensor. The Easy Clocking EC150 fingerprint sensor has been perfected over the last 10 years, our unique function recreates a template to heal broken fingerprint lines allowing the sensor to update the best image for the user every scan, and with the addition of our new 360º degree reading sensor it allows users to scan fingerprints quickly and more accurately. Furthermore, with the EC150 from AvidBiometrics.com, employees can also clock in/out with a PIN number instead of their fingerprint.
Large Color LCD Display
The EC150 features a large easy to read color LCD screen displays the current time, when clocking in or out the screen displays the employee name and the large LED bar light provides employees with a instant positive (green) or invalid (red) punch indications with voice prompt. With the Easy Clocking EC150, fingerprint scanning takes less than a second.
Standalone Operation
Unlike a lot of biometric time clocks sold today the Easy Clocking EC150 biometric time clock is a wall mountable standalone clock and does not require a computer to collect employee time. The EC150 stores all employee information in its built-in memory. In fact, up to 50,000 employee transactions can be stored in the EC150 time clock. An internal battery inside the EC150 ensures punches stored in the terminal are retained even in the event of a power outage so you don't have to ever worry about losing data in the event of a power failure.
USB or Ethernet Plug & Play Connectivity
With the EC150, all employee records are stored within the time clock and are downloaded to a computer thru the quick & easy USB connection or a standard ethernet connection just like you were hooking up a computer to your works internal network. RFID Proximity Reader

The EC150 comes with the standard version of Easy Clocking® Employee Time and Attendance software which is designed to automate employee time and attendance. Depending on which version of the software you purchase, you have the option to integrate into popular payroll programs like QuickBooks, ADP, & Paychex or simply export data into Excel, Text (CSV).
The Easy Clocking® intuitive, easy to use interface will dramatically reduce the number of hours required to process payroll. The basic software includes allows for one (1) administrator, basic shift scheduling, and tracking of vacation / holiday time. The software will export to Excel, Text, and CSV. An option to upgrade to QuickBooks, Paychex or ADP is available for an additional $99.
