The AX11224 offers solid construction at an affordable price.  This unit can store up to 30 fingerprints making it ideal for residential or commercial applications.  Although the unit can store up to 30 users, we often recommend to our customers here at Avid Biometrics, that they register two fingerprints per user for the best performance and reliability. Powered by 4AA batteries, you can generally expect 6-9 months of power on a single battery charge.  Forgot to change the batteries? Don't worry, this Barska Fingerprint Safe comes with 2 backup keys that allow you to gain access should you forget to change the batteries.

The AX11224 is easy to setup.  Enrolling users takes about 15 seconds per fingerprint and deleting them is a breeze as well.  To use the safe, simply press the wake button, place your fingerprint on the biometric scanner and you will see a green light and hear an audible beep letting you know the safe is unlocked.  The audible alert can be disabled so that the safe unlocks and locks without any audible sounds.
