The Anviz A300 (formerly known as the Bioelectronix TC300) is a Mid Size Edition Payroll Time & Attendance system designed for small to medium size businesses with up to 250 employees. The Anviz A300 Biometric Time Attendance System verifies an employee’s identity based on the characteristics of their fingerprint. State of the art technological advances in biometrics have now made this surprisingly affordable and popular. The Anviz A300 Biometric Time Attendance System utilizes a fingerprint reading sensor scans any fingerprint in under 1 second; this in turn will make clocking in and out much faster for your employees and at the same time saving your company time and money by paying your employees for the exact time they work. Your company will also reduce costly payroll and data entry errors caused by the old time card system. A large easy to read LCD screen displays the current time and the in & out punch indications for each employee.
Unlike most of the time clocks sold today the Anviz Biometric A300 Biometric Time Attendance System is a wall mounted standalone device and does not require a computer to collect employee time, it records all employee information in it’s internal memory, up to 50,000 employee records can be stored in the time clock, employee information can be then downloaded to a computer, The first option is connecting the A300 time clock directly to your network with an Ethernet cable connected to a router or switch on your network, or by connecting the USB cable provided directly to the computer you can easily download all the employee records to the software program which automatically calculates the information to view, print and create various time and attendance reports.
The TC300 / A300 also has optional downloading capabilities, via a Wi-Fi connection, you simply connect the Anviz Biometric Wi-Fi Modem to the TC300 / A300 Time Clock and you can control the time clock wirelessly and connect it to any Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi computer.
The Anviz A300 also includes all of the software you need right out of the box. This biometric time attendance system includes Bio-Office Payroll Time & Attendance software that is designed to help reduce the number of hours involved in maintaining your payroll This biometric time attendance software will automatically calculate total worked hours including overtime, vacation, sick days and holidays. With the click of a button you can import employee data and create many informative time and attendance reports, The Bio-Office program exports hours and total wages directly to QuickBooks, Paychex, Excel, text (csv) and most major payroll provider’s applications.

Optional Download Via Wireless Connection

With the Anviz Biometric Wi-Fi Modem, you can easily download records off the time clock thru a wireless connection (Wi-Fi). You simply connect the Anviz Biometric Wi-Fi Modem to the TC300 Time Clock and you can control the time clock wirelessly and connect it to any Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi computer to download employee records and control setting on the time clock.
Compatibility
For $99, you can purchase the downloadable software upgrade making it easy to export data into popular payroll solutions including QuickBooks, Paychex, and ADP.
Optional OA99 Fingerprint Enrollment Scanner
With the optional OA99 biometric scanner, you can enroll users at whatever laptop or desktop computer that has your main software installed instead of having to register users at the time clock itself.
